If you haven’t partnered with Bryan Turner before, I’d like to share another great experience I’ve had that might encourage you to give him a try. Bryan is absolutely amazing! There are so many good things to say about him I am not even sure where to start. He is knowledgeable, kind, honest, responsive, and very patient. I am not sure the man ever sleeps and accused him of being a robot on more than one occasion. Any time I emailed or text him, day or night, I ALWAYS had a fast response. I am certain he had many other clients (and other clients with much higher budgets) but he always made us feel like we were the only ones. I can not figure out how he does it! He was extremely honest with us in situations where I am sure other realtors would not have been. He pointed out things about the houses that we would have definitely missed as first time home buyers. Bryan was very patient and kind and answered ALL of our questions thoroughly, every time. He also gave us great advice and helped us make a great offer, while still looking out for our best interest. Without a doubt...his knowledge, great advice, and responsiveness are the reason we were able to get our perfect house. Bryan is an absolute GENIUS! He works hard, and wants what YOU want, and is far from pushing you into anything he thinks isn't good (the house before the one I just closed on, he actually told me that I could do better, and warned me several times, but I promised my son . . . ). Bryan has helped me on three occasions now (there would have been a fourth, but there was another party involved), and I would not EVER hesitate to recommend him or use him again for another sell, purchase. One's home is a big part of your life, and I trust him to find the best for me and my family (My step-daughter also used Bryan to purchase her first home - another winner!)

This most recent closing I wasn't sure I was going to be at the top of the seller's list, but Bryan went past the extra mile and went to bat for me in calling the seller's agent, (as well as having my mortgage lender call her, too). His customer service and caring is how I closed on my new home this week . . . hopefully, the last one! If not, I know who to call to have my back and my best interests the first on his list. And the best thing, he treats EVERYONE well, like they were HIS family.

The purchase took about 23 days from beginning to end, and was the easiest transaction and closing I ever had, and this is NOT my first rodeo.

Bryan is a fantastic person, as well as a real estate agent. He does his hardest and best to get what YOU want . . . and he'll give you excellent advice along the way, plus he has excellent partners that will see you through and make your life SO MUCH easier during an extremely difficult time of buying/selling a home.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing a realtor Bryan is. He is not your typical realtor, he goes way above and beyond that title. I bought my first home through him and due to my lack of knowledge I would not have felt confident and secure using anyone else. He made a very scary and stressful situation much easier since he stays calm (even at times when I wasn't), he's patient, and so knowledgeable about everything to do with home buying and selling.
